CASE MANAGEMENT FEE AND ADMINISTRATION FEE
A non-refundable fee of $100 per case will be charged for the administration and management of the case.

- Unused session time is non-refundable.
- Sessions cancelled or continued inside the cancellation/continuance
period will be fully refunded in the event that the Mediator’s time can
be rebooked with another matter.
- In all cases involving non-refundable time, the party requesting the
cancellation or continuance is responsible for the session fees of all parties.
- All fees are due and payable upon receipt of invoice and payment must be received
prior to the cancellation/continuance period referred to above. DDR reserves the
right to cancel your session if fees are not paid by all parties by the applicable
cancellation date and DDR confirms the cancellation in writing.
